In Parallel Universe and What We HED ?

This project works by creating an experimental process through activities with local people regarding views of local people on a centralized state. The central government determines the administration and organizes the region. A state in which most of the prosperity is concentrated in the "capital" takes too many resources from the surrounding areas to the capital city causing a cultural and spiritual engulfment (internal colonization). This results in inequality, immigration to the capital, lack of access to opportunities in public utilities and welfare states, etc.

By creating a hypothetical process, we live in a parallel world. In that universe, local people can have the power to manage decisions about transferring resources from the capital to the local area, using places as symbols or representatives of those things through the use of Google Maps to locate physical representations of these resources in the capital, and the ideal regional location. Then the image is cropped and moved from one area and placed in the other.
