Anurak Tanyapalit video work "What did I do to the ants ?", has the written "Death" and countless black dots moving around the characters. These dots are, in fact, the movement of ants which are fed by a mystery liquid that has the shape of the character. Video convince the audience to think about the end of these ants life with the meaning of the text. However, the documentary shows significantly the movement of life. The artist questions the fact that possibly happen but might not be captured on the screen. Very much like the fact nobody can come back and tell their experience from the death, This “out-side of screen” event is concealed from the audience and will not be recognized.
